Are you ready to make a lasting difference in your business? I am here to help. Read on and let's see if we can't do business together.
Real Coaching... when and where you need it
If you have navigated to this page you have clicked on my ad. That means you are serious about developing your business and being successful. I just want to say congratulations for being amongst the few who are gutsy enough to make that declaration. I don't want to waste your time so let's get right down to it. Why are you here... what can I offer you than others can't? Simple, coaching when and where you need it.
Hands on coaching from somebody who cares
You get hands on coaching delivered by a forum when you need it and most importantly where you need it. One of the frustrating things about coaching sessions is the time. You have maybe an hour maybe two to get it right. It's the same with university. We cram so much information into those short courses that you barely have enough time to learn. So here's the deal with this website. I charge a nominal monthly fee of $49.95. I offer a monthly training seminar, basic tools and a forum as a coaching program. The program works this way. I post lessons on a fortnightly basis into the forum, I have a new seminar (1 hour long) every month and I updated my tools section regularly. The benefit to you is that you pay once a month for an envolving, developing program.
Learn and grow your business
What kind of thing do I teach. Everything that it takes to run a business. Things like how do you know who your customers are? What are ways of building relationships with customers, how to enhance your creativity and productivity. I have a PhD in problem solving so I know what it takes to get things done. Not only do I know what works but also know what doesn't. Yes, I have failed in business before anyone who read my blog can tell you that. So I can give you perspective, and help you if I see warning signs along the way. What good would it be if I was one of the people who tell you, 'this is how you succeed' and left out the, 'this is how to avoid pain and failure'? Surely the two perspectives are needed to bring balance.
Learn from a PhD qualified academic
Speaking of balance what do you need to know about me? Well several things I suppose. I have three business degrees, I am on the board of a international aid organisation, I work at a university and I have a blog that serves on average 8-10 thousand people every month. If you want to you can click here and learn about me. Before you do however...here is what some of my readers have to say about my work:
What people are saying about the coach
"...Good step by step approach to problem solving Luke...I appreciated your specifying that our perception can color what we perceive the problem to be. Gathering different viewpoints can broaden the lens of perception so that the best solutions can be identified." Lorraine Cohen, Life Coach
"...Absolutely inspiring, Dr Luke." Ellese - Professional Blogger, Goal Setting College.
"...Hi Luke - this is a great article. It’s a very good reminder that failure really doesn’t occur until you quit." Al @ 7P productions.
About 8 Things I have Learned About Success.” What I loved about reading it, is that every single one of the items on the list also pertains to Wellness." - The Wellness Coach
"Once again, you are good, very good.

I do believe that everyone in this earth has a value. Tremendous value. And I also believe that not matter what we do, we are in the business of transforming lives. Our own and the lives of others around.
Well, keep transforming lives Luke!" Luis Gavira, Businessman
"Hey Luke, thanks for the link. I especially like point #2 and #4. I think they’re pretty closely tied together. Expanding ourselves beyond our comfort zone is one of the most important things we can do, thanks for pointing that out so nicely..." Urbanmonk.
"Good points Luke. I like what you mentioned.. “when we change our mind about something new solutions begin to emerge. As we learn to shift the perspectives that hold us back we will change our mind and new more creative solutions will spring up.”Gamy Rachel, Entrepreneur.
"Very nice post and very well thought out. There are cases of bloggers lacking integrity and then there are cases of strong authoritative bloggers who command respect due to the value of their content. I’ve added you to my rss!" Erik Karey, Internet Entrepreneur
What's the deal?
So your next question might be why are you doing this? I have two main motivations:
1. I want to help people avoid making the mistakes I have so they can grow and succeed in business
2. I want to offer this service at a reasonable price
I am not going to pretend that I am not out to make money... I am. After all, I could charge a lot more. The bottom line is that I want to help people establish themselves in business. I want to help people make it. As a teacher I teach... it's what I do. I love it. I don't like to teach people who don't want to be taught.
Is this the right approach for me?
Is this the kind of thing you are looking for:
1. On-going digital coaching through the forum and email
2. Monthly hour long seminars to improve your business thinking (with topics such as creativity).
3. Personal support when you and where you need it
4. Tools that you can use to help you understand your business
Why should I join your forum?
Sure, you could read countless books, go to endless seminars or read someone's blog. Even worse you could hire a business coach and pay upwards of $250 an hour. I am prepared to help you via a digital coaching website. For $49.95 a month you get coached by a PhD qualified expert in the area. The choice is yours. Here's what I can offer you that others can't:
1. On-going support through forums. I post lessons, you ask questions either to the group or to me.
2. Help when and where you need it: You can access the forum anytime and I will answer your questions
3. Tools to help structure your business priorities: There is a growing list of basic tools to help structure your business thinking.
4. Access to an expert who will answer your questions when you ask them.
5. Monthly seminars on how to be more productive. These are worth over $500 each to a paying member of the public.
6. Fortnightly mini-lessons designed to improve your productivity.
7. This is a coaching website so you are here to improve. My mission is to help you improve your business by helping you to think better about your business.
Let me ask you this: what price can you put on your business productivity?
$5, $10? How much did that degree cost you? How many books have you read and got absolutely no help? Do I have all the answers? Of course I don't. But, over years of study I have gained a lot of insights into how it all works. Watch the tour below to see what I offer.
Add to this: I have over four years worth of experience as a Lecturer in a Business School (Griffith Business School - Griffith University). I have been a business owner. I know the game so I can help you.
How come it costs so much?
$49.95 may seem like a lot but to get the kind of help I am offering to you for a flat monthly fee you would pay over $150 an hour. I have sat in on sessions where some experts have been paid $250 an hour. Some even more.
So why not login and select a subscription and get started improving your business.
