What would you do for money?

It’s interesting to note what people would do for money.  Decieve others, rip people off, sell drugs, hire hookers, snort coke (ok too much underbelly) and the like.  The question is what would you do for money?  How far would you go for cash?

The reason I am asking is recently a thought had crossed my mind to do with some rather dubious online marketing tactics.  After a period of time I realised that if I was going to do the said thing in question… then I would be deliberately have to deceive someone in order to make some money.  The bible has a bit to say about that so do many other books.  But, in my mind the question that I thought to ask was: what would YOU do for money?  I have lied for money before and felt like crap afterwards!  I have done all kinds of things for it.   YES.  Probably the worst thing I did was steal from my parents when I was a kid (hey they had it coming!). What about you?  What would you do for money?

Did you take from the cookie jar? Or did you devise some well thought out pyramid scheme to get money from your parents? Are they still trying to refinance their debt you dug them in? :P Joke joke.

I think i have learnt a lot self worth and money, i won’t do anything immoral again, well not on purpose, the payoff is way less than the guilt and nervousness that comes later on. I lied at the post office that a package came to the wrong address so they would return to sender, and no one would have to pay shipping, except the post office. But then he asked for my address, and i got nervous and fessed up. So i pissed in my own pool sort of scenario. Now i feel bad to go back to that post office and in turn burnt myself their service, just to save the other company, not me, some money.

Moral of the story, be good! Then the payoff is worth more when you get it!

    • Hi Richard,

Haha! Yeah it was a pyramid scheme *shakes head* … AMWAY! :D

Yes I know how you feel. Recently I was toying around with online marketing. I came across a few offers that I thought would be good to promote… thus I could make some money! However, when I went to bed I couldn’t sleep because I knew very well that the offers were bait for something else. For some reason I couldn’t cross that line… I know of thousands who aren’t as worried! From now on I am legit!
