in my openion 
india is populated country every indian wants his own car in his house to go one plase to an other plases u know another probolum is market plases , sunday bajar monday bajar and other markets u can see these shopkeepers are wants to set his shop on the rood he does also now a days those are selling his itoms on the rood no rools for him so whene the peoples are going from there they can moovs very hardly and they must be late also many peoples are goes tomarkets for his jobs and another plases to do his importent works in my openion 
if traffic police make hard rools and every people follow that rools
that i thing that this provlum can be soled
its all about my openion i apprishiad for listning to me thanku thanku for ur kind coppration
