		<description>While I agree with what you&#039;re saying in principle, the landlord/his agent should have inspected the place when the last tenant moved out and made sure the tenant left in it a fit state - and if not then they should have had it cleaned and charged it against the tenants deposit.

As a landlord myself I would never let a customer have one my properties in a state that I did not regard as good enough for myself and my family.</description>
